• Service Availability: All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline bookings in cases where the requested date or service is unavailable.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment as outlined in the booking process. The amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.
• Add–ons: Add-ons such as decoration, cakes, and other gifts must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Responsibility for Venue and Equipment: You are responsible for the safety and care of our equipment (such as projectors, sound systems, and seating) during the event. Any damage caused during your use of the service may incur additional repair or replacement fees.
• Event Timing: Events must adhere to the pre-determined schedule. Any extension beyond the agreed timing will be charged accordingly and is subject to availability.
• Disruptive Behaviour: We reserve the right to stop an event if there is any disruptive behaviour or violation of local laws by guests. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
