At The Spotlight Venue, we offer a transparent and simple pricing structure for our private movie screening services. Our pricing is divided into four main categories to help you customize your experience. Here’s a breakdown of each:
This is the base charge for reserving the private theater space. Your rental includes an air-conditioned room, equipped with an HD screen, sound system, and comfortable seating for an unforgettable movie experience.
Please note: Movies and OTT accounts are not provided by us; we will set up the screening using your account and chosen content.
For some theaters and all 1.5-hour slots, decoration is mandatory, and the theater price will include these decoration charges accordingly.
If you choose to add decorations, you’ll pay an additional fee. Without these, the theater may be rented out as an empty space without decor. However, as mentioned earlier, decoration is mandatory in some theaters and shorter time slots (1.5 hours), and the price for this will be bundled with the theater rental fee.
We also offer optional premium decoration items like a Rose Heart, Candle Path, or LED Numbers to add an extra touch of magic. These are charged separately.
Enhance your event by selecting additional services based on your preferences and budget. These include options such as a cake, custom gifts, photoshoots, fog entry effects, and more. You can mix and match these services to create a truly personalized experience.
Food and drinks are an essential part of any great event. F&B can be ordered directly at the theater during your booking; however, they cannot be pre-ordered. Different venues offer varying menus, and you’ll find these options when selecting your branch.
