That’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy designed to accommodate unexpected changes while ensuring that both our clients and our team are treated fairly. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event. Providing timely notice allows us to make necessary adjustments and, where possible, rebook the slot for other clients.
A non-refundable advance fee of Rs 850 is charged to secure your reservation. This advance helps cover preliminary preparations for your event. However, if you cancel within the permitted time frame of 72 hours prior to the event, you may still receive a refund, minus any applicable payment gateway charges.
To cancel your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp. Be sure to include your booking details so we can process the cancellation swiftly. Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will review it and confirm the status of any refundable amount based on the timing and services already arranged.
If your cancellation request is made 72 hours or more before the event, you will be eligible for a refund of your advance fee. However, any payment gateway charges applied at the time of payment will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If a cancellation request is received within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be provided. This is due to the short notice, which leaves limited opportunity to adjust preparations or rebook the venue.
For eligible refunds, we process them within 24 hours of confirming the cancellation. Depending on your bank, the refund should reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
If you’d prefer to reschedule instead of canceling, you can request a new date when contacting us. If the new date falls outside the 72-hour cancellation window, no additional charges will apply, and the advance fee will carry over to the new reservation. However, rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event may incur additional fees or forfeit the advance payment, depending on availability and preparation costs.
Please note that custom services such as personalized gifts, decorations, or custom cakes are non-refundable once booked. These services are tailored specifically for your event and cannot be reused or resold.
