To secure your reservation with The Spotlight Venue, we charge a non-refundable advance fee of Rs 850. This advance helps us prepare the venue and organize the services you've requested. Please note that this fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances, but there are exceptions for early cancellations.
If you decide to cancel your booking, you may still be eligible for a refund of the advance payment. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event. This timeframe allows us to manage cancellations and reallocate resources without major disruptions.
While we offer refunds for early cancellations, it's important to note that any applicable payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount. These charges vary depending on the payment method used and are non-refundable by third-party services.
To make the process as convenient as possible, simply notify us via WhatsApp in the event of a cancellation. Please include your booking details and preferred refund method. Once we receive your request, we will start the refund process.
We pride ourselves on swift service. Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours. However, the refunded amount may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account or original mode of payment, depending on your bank's processing time.
